Yuval Esteron - Founding Partner 

Adv. Yuval Esteron is considered a leading professional expert in the representation of start-ups, mature technology companies and investors, whether private, institutional and others.

 

Over the course of his 13 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Adv. Esteron has represented a wide array of entrepreneurs, investors and public and private companies in complex business transactions as well as ongoing needs as they arise in the areas of corporate, securities, tax, employment, compensation, intellectual property and licensing law.

 

Adv. Esteron began his professional career as an associate at the corporate group of “Shibolet & Co.” and later as a senior associate at the technology and  high-tech group of “Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein” two of Israel’s most prestigious commercial law firms, where he represented many of Israel’s emerging and most prominent technological companies and start-ups, from a myriad of fields including IT, Internet, mobile, software, communications, gaming, forex, life-sciences and cleantech.

During his tenure at both Shibolet & Co. & Meitar & Co., Adv. Esteron gained broad experience in mergers & acquisitions and venture capital transactions, as well as advising entrepreneurs and technology companies in day-to-day matters and all phases of corporate growth. Prior to establishing YE & Co. Law Offices, Adv. Esteron served as Vice President of Legal & Business Development at “Landmark Ventures” – a US Strategic Advisory & Investment Banking firm. At Landmark Ventures Yuval led business development & legal activities, overall strategy and deal sourcing processes relating to potential investment opportunities in the Israeli technology marketplace.
 

Adv. Esteron has worked with dozens of start-ups and emerging growth companies, guiding them from their pre-founding stages through their angel and venture capital financing rounds, strategic alliances, significant commercial contracts and technology transactions (including licensing, joint development, distribution and other technology transfer matters)  to their ultimate exit transactions.

 

Assaf Arazi -  Partner 

 


 

Adv. Assaf Arazi is heading the firm's labor and employment law practice. Prior to joining YE & Co. Law Offices Adv. Arazi served as a senior associate at Feinberg & Co., Israel's largest employment law firm.
 

Adv. Arazi has gained significant expertise in the labor law field and specializes in a wide array of matters relating to collective and private labor law and the interface between them. In addition, Adv. Arazi specializes in advising local and international clients, particularly in the Hi-Tech industry in a variety of legal and commercial issues, including, among others, advising on aspects relating to the change of employers in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions and organizational changes, conducting due diligence, assessing legal risks, drafting employment-related documents, equity based plans, and preparation of employment agreements.
 

Adv. Arazi advises on a various employment matters, including employee recruitment, employment terms and conditions, compensation and retirement packages, benefits plans including special retention packages, HR policies, sexual harrasment and discrimination, employment termination, seperation agreements, reductions in force,

confidentiality and non-competition agreements. Adv. Arazi also represents Israeli and international companies in complex labor disputes and regularly appears in various judicial instances including all labor court instances as well as different governmental authorities and arbitration and mediation proceedings.

 

Adv. Arazi holds Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), in Jewish History - Interdiciplinary Program from the Hebrew Universuty in Jerusalem and LLB from the Academic College of Management.
